Inquiry

A conversation with a senior professional who listens carefully and does not pitch. The partner must answer: is there reason to believe this institution possesses genuine value that it is failing to communicate effectively?

Stage 02

Diagnosis

A preliminary excavation, reviewed by a Senior Partner, to understand the situation before proposing a response. Two to four weeks during which Segulah is visibly doing homework.

Stage 03

Proposal

Explicit about what we will, and will not, do. If a request requires manufactured narratives, the proposal says so—and offers the evidence-supported alternative.

Stage 04

Engagement

Substantive work begins only when preparation is genuine. The full team reviews all materials, resources are confirmed, and the first internal milestone is scheduled.

Stage 05

Execution

Discover, Protect, Position, Communicate—each phase reviewed against four criteria: evidence, strategic coherence, voice, and durability.

Stage 06

Measurement

We measure what we claimed to affect, and we report honestly—including where we fell short.

Stage 07

Renewal

We do not manufacture ongoing need. If you are equipped to proceed independently, we say so. A firm that creates dependency has substituted its own revenue needs for the client’s institutional interests.
