We are looking for professionals drawn to rigor, independence, and institutional purpose—people who think like stewards rather than service providers. A service provider asks, “What does the client want?” A steward asks, “What does the client need, and is what they want consistent with it?”

At Segulah, you will be expected to challenge assumptions, to arrive at positions through evidence rather than consensus, and to answer one question about every piece of work you produce: “What is this based on?”

A junior analyst who identifies a flaw in a senior partner’s reasoning is expected to raise it. A senior partner who dismisses it without engaging the substance has violated the firm’s values. The standard is the price of membership.

How we develop professionals.

Every professional rotates across at least two divisions during their first three years, ensuring broad exposure to the firm’s methods before specialization. Mentorship is structural, not incidental. The path to partnership is defined by demonstrated expertise, client stewardship, and institutional contribution.

Open positions.

Current openings will be listed here with substantive descriptions of the work and qualifications—not boilerplate.

We tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. We hold ourselves to the same standard.
